Located at the top of Lookout Peak, Lookout Cabin serves a sit-down lunch featuring specialties like grilled Utah trout, Kobe beef burgers, Mountain Man homemade chili and signature seared Ahi Tuna roll, plus the best soups and salads on the mountain. Lookout Cabin also boasts one of the most impressive wine lists you are likely to find at 9,000 feet and a full-service bar. Reservations are highly recommended.

 

Located at the hotel in The Canyons. You can valet park your car and the restaurant will validate your parking ticket.
Nice decor and adequate service but it's the chefs that give this place a good name. The food is wonderful. I'd highly recommend the rack of lamb.
Even in ski season (without any coupons) it's worth the visit.

Misc Info In the off season you can check the local newspaper 'The Park Record' for coupons. You can eat two for one entrees and if you have a party of 4 you can use two coupons AND get a free chocolate fondue. Can't be beat. Give it a try.
