Owned by actor Robert Redford, this American restaurant features long wooden bars, a large, round table in front of the fire and photos and memorabilia from the Sundance Film Festival on its walls. The eclectic menu includes ceviche with homemade tortilla chips, creamy polenta with smoked bacon and pearl onion sauce, and cider-poached salmon filet with an herbed potato croquette and roasted garlic crème fraîche. Great food,but a bit pricey. I went for my birthday and I'm glad I made reservations in advance! The place was filled on a Monday night! Try to get seating upstairs,and Order the Steak. Service IS slow but not too bad. Great wine selection! The place is hard to find on the street,and of course Parking is always a hassle! Stay away from the Blondie. It was hard and not tasty at all! -City Search
