food flying sumo

 I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys cutting edge sushi. Try the Hawaii Five-O role.........probably the best sushi I've ever eaten. Go early or be prepared to wait. We got to the restaurant by 6:00 pm and had a 90+ minute wait.....it was worth it!

Great sushi in a ski town!: It's like a bar with sushi but the sushi is great. I love the spider roll. We go hear everytime we come to ski.

Me and my husband went to the Flying Sumo in Park City on our vacation this summer and it was absolutely amazing. The sushi cheif was so helpful and nice to us. He was also extremely talanted. We loved the sushi. Definately the best I have had in Utah. The service was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the unique atmosphere. I would highly reccommend going there for sushi. We loved it!!!!
