The Food The menu offers a globally influenced selection of items with pleasing presentations and delicious sauces. Start with the smoked duck and shiitake spring rolls, seared foie gras or smoked Norwegian salmon. The ono-ono is served with two presentations at once: wasabi-panko crusted and cilantro-ginger glazed. Entrees as exotic as coconut seafood nage and as simple as lentil and wild rice stew.
